If you are looking to stay in a place surrounded by nature and beautiful scenery this where to go the waterfalls are about 15 minutes away walking on the way back it was 10 min since it was down hill lol. Overall great experience. Any time of year is great to come visit.
Beautiful place to spend a few days…. Or more. Waterfalls are close by or swim in the river at the cabanas. The palapas are very comfortable and beautifully decorated. Meals are great. Peaceful location. Every time we visit we stay for longer….
This place is amazing. We felt like we were at a jungle lodge with total privacy. It is very peaceful and located right alongside the creek that all the waterfalls are connected to. At night, all you hear is the sound of the creek and crickets. It is so close to two of the waterfall entrances that you can walk. You can also take a swim in the creek on site. Meals are optional, and offered in a beautifully decorated palapa. They are traditional Mexican. It felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. We stayed for two nights but would have enjoyed one more night.
Beautiful place deep in nature! The palapas are very tastefully decorated and have hot showers and comfortable beds which are appreciated after the crazy drive. Wayz sent us to a washed out road that added several hours to our trip, so make sure Aida knows if you are driving yourself and can direct you to the best route. Aida is a very sweet person and an excellent cook! We loved listening to the river and the frogs all night!
